Using this site

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Products and descriptions

Shopeology sells artificial and imitation jewellery. Products are plated over base metal and are not solid gold or silver unless explicitly stated. We work to represent colour and scale accurately, but screen calibration varies and minor variation between the photograph and the item is normal.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Stock is not reserved until an order is completed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, the address cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud — and will refund you in full.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer. Cash on delivery orders must be paid in full to the courier at the door.

Intellectual property

All product photography, text, designs and branding on this site belong to Shopeology and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including allergic reactions where care and material guidance has not been followed.
