How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and check out. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number straight away. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, debit and credit cards, and bank transfer.
Do you take cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order across Pakistan, with no extra charge.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 working days across Pakistan, and 5 to 8 working days for remote areas. See shipping information for details.
How much is delivery?
A flat Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and free on orders above Rs. 3,000.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Products
Is this real gold?
No. Shopeology sells artificial and imitation jewellery. Pieces are plated over a base metal, which is what allows the pricing.
Will it turn my skin green or lose colour?
Not with reasonable care. Plating wears when exposed to perfume, sweat, water and friction. Follow our care guide and a piece will hold its finish for years.
Is it nickel-free?
Yes. Our stainless steel and sterling silver pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. Plated pieces use a brass base with a nickel-free finish.
What size are the bangles?
Standard sizes 2.4 to 2.12. See the size guide to measure yours.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Earrings and nose rings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See returns & exchanges.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Do not return a damaged item before contacting us.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Shopeology is online only, so every piece is ordered through this website and delivered to your door.
